This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information gathered through the Site and through your interactions with us before and outside of an established clinical relationship. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect:
We may receive information about you from advertising platforms, analytics providers, referral sources, and business partners, consistent with their own privacy policies and applicable law.
Do not submit detailed medical records, diagnoses, medication lists, or laboratory results through the Site's general contact forms or through unencrypted email or text message. Once you become a patient, clinical information is exchanged through our secure, HIPAA-compliant platforms.
We use cookies, pixels, tags, web beacons, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, measure performance, and support advertising. Categories in use may include:
Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Disabling cookies may limit certain features of the Site. Because there is no industry-accepted standard for responding to browser "Do Not Track" signals, the Site does not currently respond to them. Where required by applicable law, we honor recognized universal opt-out mechanisms such as Global Privacy Control.
We use the information described above to:
We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration.
We do, however, use advertising and analytics technologies that share certain information — such as device identifiers, cookie identifiers, IP address, and browsing activity on the Site — with advertising platforms and analytics providers so that we can measure campaign performance and deliver relevant advertising. Under some state privacy laws, this activity may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising purposes. You may opt out as described in Section 9.
We do not use or disclose PHI for marketing purposes without written authorization where such authorization is required by HIPAA.
We share information only as described below.
Service providers and vendors. We engage third parties to perform functions on our behalf, including website hosting and deployment, form and intake processing, customer relationship management, email and SMS delivery, electronic health records, secure clinical messaging, scheduling, payment processing, laboratory ordering and mobile phlebotomy, pharmacy and supplement fulfillment, analytics, and advertising. These vendors are permitted to use information only to provide services to us. Vendors that create, receive, maintain, or transmit PHI on our behalf are engaged under Business Associate Agreements as required by HIPAA.
Licensed clinicians. Information relevant to your care is shared with the licensed physicians and clinical personnel involved in providing your services.
Professional advisors. Attorneys, accountants, insurers, and similar advisors bound by duties of confidentiality.
Legal and safety. We may disclose information where we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, subpoena, court order, or governmental request, or is necessary to protect our rights, enforce our agreements, prevent fraud, or protect the safety of any person.
Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our business, information may be transferred as a business asset, subject to applicable law.
With your direction. Where you ask or authorize us to share information with a third party.
If you provide your mobile number and consent to receive text messages, you may receive appointment coordination, service, and — where you have separately consented — marketing messages from us. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages at any time, or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any marketing message. We will continue to send transactional and service-related communications necessary to administer your membership and care.
SMS consent and phone numbers collected for SMS communication purposes will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
We maintain administrative, physical, and technical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction, including encryption in transit, access controls, vendor diligence, and workforce training. Systems handling PHI are operated in accordance with the HIPAA Security Rule.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials issued to you and for notifying us promptly of any suspected unauthorized use.
We retain information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and comply with our legal obligations. Medical records are retained for the period required by Florida law and applicable professional standards. Information no longer required is deleted or de-identified.
You may:
Residents of certain states may have additional rights under applicable state privacy laws, including the right to confirm processing, obtain a portable copy of their information, opt out of targeted advertising or profiling, and appeal a denial of a request. Information governed by HIPAA is generally exempt from these state laws; your rights with respect to PHI — including the right to access, amend, and obtain an accounting of disclosures — are described in our Notice of Privacy Practices.
To opt out of targeted advertising, you may email us at the address in Section 13, adjust your browser cookie settings, or enable a recognized universal opt-out signal such as Global Privacy Control, which we honor where required by applicable law.
To exercise any other right, contact us using the details in Section 13. We will verify your identity before acting on a request and will respond within the time frame required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Our services are intended solely for adults eighteen (18) years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under thirteen (13). If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us using the details below.
